Paul Weise Real Estate Corp.

Paul C Weise Jr. has been in the property management / real estate profession since early 1980. He began as a sole proprietor managing small residential apartment complexes. Later in 1984 Paul started working for Carley Management where he was one of the top property managers. Then in 1988, Paul Weise partnered up with W Scott Blake to form Blake-Weise Real Estate Corp. They started out owning residential real estate and were also the first property managers of the renovated tannery buildings owned by the Moede family. In 1997 Paul C. Weise formed his own entity once again with Paul Weise Real Estate Corp. and ventured out into industrial real estate with the purchase of one Port Washington based plant in 1998 and another in 1999. Currently he manages two industrial Port Washington properties, one commercial property in Grafton, one commercial property in West Allis, and The Wisconsin Gas Company Building in downtown Milwaukee to add to his portfolio.
